Account and multi-factor authentication set-up guide

Follow these steps to set up your estateXchange account and connect an authenticator app for multi-factor authentication.

Prerequisites

You will need an authenticator app installed on your smartphone. If you do not already use an authenticator app, the following are examples of common apps that can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

You can search for alternative preferred applications within each of the stores.

Set up your account

Begin the set-up

Click Get started in the welcome email you received from us to begin setting up your access to estateXchange.

Create your account

Enter your email address to begin creating your estateXchange account.

Verify your email

Confirm your email address to continue with the set-up.

Set your password

Choose a password for your account to complete your login details.

Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Scan the QR code (see prerequisites above).

Launch the app on your phone and choose to add a new account. This is usually done by tapping a + icon or selecting Scan a QR code.

After scanning, your authenticator app will show a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds.

Enter that code into the field on your computer to complete the set-up.
